A strategic and commercially astute executive, Jamie has considerable experience in providing “leading edge” financial technology solutions across various markets. An experienced business leader, he has a proven track record of launching and managing early-stage growth financial technology companies.
With excellent analytical capabilities, Jamie can evaluate market opportunities, increase profitability, and develop fresh business strategies. He’s a driven team leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. This mindset is centred on new business development, product/service direction, annual revenues, partner channels, and customer service.
With over 15 years of experience building and leading integrated sales and management operations for major companies, Jamie’s expertise is evident.
In the last 10 years, he’s immersed himself in the payments industry, showcasing strong leadership and relationship management skills. This focus extends to enhancing customer relations, contract negotiations, and driving revenue growth.
Gary Adamson boasts an active 43-year involvement in real estate sales, property management, property development, and strata management.
Currently, Gary serves as the Managing Director of both “Century 21 – Adamson’s the Property People” and “Strata Management Services NSW”. He holds the esteemed position of Chairman of the Strata Management Chapter at the Real Estate Institute of NSW.
As a Founding Member of the Registrar General’s Strata Industry Working Group, he’s recognized for his expertise. Additionally, Gary is a Licensed Strata Manager, Real Estate Agent, Business Agent, and Auctioneer. His credentials further extend as a Director of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales, a Chartered Accountant & Licensee.
Gary’s global experience is highlighted by his previous role as the CEO and founder of the Dubai Strata Management company, STRATUM.
Col has been in the Airline/ Accommodation / Tourism Industry for over 40 years. He began his career in Qantas serving in Japan, USA, Europe and South-East Asia, before moving to Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong as GM marketing services Worldwide, then GM Middle East in Bahrain. He founded GSA company Global Aviation Services which later merged with World Aviation Systems to form the largest GSA company in Asia Pacific with 41 client carriers (9 online).
Col has been a director and Chairman of the Sydney Convention and Visitors Bureau for five years, served on the Board of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) for 16 years and was the deputy chair of Tourism and Transport Forum (TTF Australia) for five years.
He has also been Chairman of industry lobby group, the National Tourism Alliance and served on the boards of Best Western Hotels Australia and Tourism Northern Territory and more recently as an independent director for the Accommodation Association of Australia – part of the leading industry body, the Australian Hotel Association.
James has worked for JLL as Executive Director for 29years, managing a large real estate team across office, retail, industrial, residential, hotel and mixed use property sectors across NSW and Australia. He has a detailed knowledge of ownership structure and the management of multi-owned assets including Building Management Statements (BMC), Owners Corporation (Strata Plan), Community Associations (CA).
He has overseen the development, setup and management of various mixed-use properties that have included hotel management operations as part of the property operations including:
1 Martin Place – (Fullerton Hotel) / Pacific Bondi – (QT Hotel) /Aanuka Beach Resort – (Accor / Breakfree) /Macquarie Waters – (Private Hotel operator) /Ribbon Development, Darling Harbour – (W Hotel and IMAX) / One Sydney Harbour – (Lendlease)/ One Circular Quay – (Lendlease)/ Darling Square, Sydney (Lendlease) /Collins Arch, Melbourne (W Hotel)/ 443 Queen Street, Brisbane (CBUS Property).
James possesses strong knowledge and understanding of building management services and key service contracts required to successfully run a complex mixed use property. Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economy) / Licensed Real Estate Agent /Licensed Strata Manager / Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API) /Member of Urban Development Industry Association (UDIA).
